Party responsible for data processing
Torre de Capdella City Council has a Data Protection Officer (DPO), to whom you can present any matter concerning the processing of your personal data. The Data Protection Officer will have a reasonable time of two months to reply to your enquiries.

Reasons and purposes of data processing on the website
The data will be processed to manage the services or products contracted, as well as, in exceptional cases, to send information about the Vall Fosca cable car service and the Capdella Hydroelectric Museum, provided that it has been previously updated to us, unequivocally, by activating or marking the corresponding box, or through other credible means.

For all purposes, the legal bases that legitimise the processing of personal data by the Torre de Capdella City Council are:

- The contractual relationship that links the Torre de Capdella City Council with its customers for the correct provision of the services it offers its users and customers
