General Terms and Conditions
These Online Purchase Conditions will expressly regulate the relationship between the Vall Fosca cable car and the Capdella Hydroelectric Museum (la Torre de Capdella City Council) and the people who contract the services or products offered through the portal.
These General Conditions have been produced in accordance with the provisions established in Act 34/2007 governing information society services and electronic commerce; Act 7/1998 governing General Conditions of Contract, Royal Decree 1906/1999 regulating contracting by telephone or electronic means with General Conditions in implementation of article 5.3 of Act 7/1998; Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, enacting the consolidated text of the Consumer and User Protection Act, and other complementary legislation. This document is accessible at all times in the Online Purchase Section of the Vall Fosca cable car portal and the Capdella Hydroelectric Museum and can be printed and stored by the user.
Before making your online purchase, remember that you must give your express consent to the processing of your personal data.
Pre-contract information
The purpose of these Online Purchase Conditions is to regulate the general conditions for the provision of the services offered by the Torre de Capdella City Council. The services that Vall Fosca cable car and the Hydroelectric Museum of Capdella currently provide and are the subject of this contract with consumers are the tickets sales service, as well as, where applicable, other products and services offered through the portal.
The products and services offered by the Torre de Capdella City Council can be contracted by any consumer residing in Spain or in another EU Member State or the European Economic Area and by those consumers residing in a State not belonging to the European Union or the European Economic Area where the Spanish legislation is applicable to them.
The tickets sales service, as well as any other products offered through the portals, is onerous, and the price of each one - including taxes - is regulated by the corresponding Public Price Ordinance.
Access to the information in the portal is not subject to any payment.
The consumer understands that the information contained in the portal, the general information on the catalog of services, as well as other products offered on the portals and the General Conditions of Online Purchase and improvement of the contract, are sufficient and for the exclusion of error in the formation of consent.
Procedures
To proceed with the use of the different purchasing services offered, consumers must follow all the indications and instructions collected at each time of the purchase process on the screen, filling in the information required by the forms posted on the portals, which it will suppose the previous reading and acceptance of all the General Conditions of Online Purchase specified in this one, so that the consumer declares that knows and accepts these formalities as necessary to access to the products and services offered in the portal.
The consumer will formalize the purchase by completing all the steps established in the purchase, with the obligation to comply with the payment procedure through the different options offered, either by credit card or by Paypal system and its subsequent telematic sending.
These Online Purchase General Conditions will become part of the contract at the time when expressing acceptance by the consumer, expressed by filling in and sending the details of the purchase.
The utilisation of any of the services of the Portal implies the acceptance, without any reservation, of each and every one of the General Conditions of Use of the Portals, as well as of the General Conditions of Online Purchase and, where applicable, of the Specific Contract Conditions, available to the consumer prior to the formalization of their purchase, governing the acquisition of tickets as well as the acquisition of any other products and services offered through the Portal.
Documentation
These General Conditions of Online Purchase are accessible at all times to online purchases on the Torre de Capdella City Council Portal and can be printed and stored by the consumer.
In the case of the acquisition of products once the purchase process has ended, consumers will receive, via e-mail, a ticket or voucher for the purchase, with a code that will be valid for exchanging or accessing the contracted service.

Contingency plans
In the event that extreme weather conditions or technical reasons do not allow the correct operation of the cable car or the opening of the Capdella Hydroelectric Museum, the full amount of the price will be refunded.
Cancellations
You can change the date or cancel the activities, free of charge, up to 48 hours before the activity or the service. After this period, you will have to pay the 100% of the price.
Modification of the conditions of the online purchase
Torre de Capdella City Council reserves the right to modify at any time these General Conditions of Online Purchase or, where applicable, the Specific Contract Conditions that are applicable as well as any other general or particular conditions, regulations of use, or notices that result in application. The duty to notify consumers will be fulfilled by modifying the General Conditions set out in the Portals of the Torre de Capdella City Council.
Protection of personal information
The personal data that the consumer fills in this website, as well as any other data that is generated later as a result of their relationship with us, will be included in files for which the Torre de Capdella City Council is responsible. The data will be processed for the development, maintenance and control of the consumer's relationship with us and, in particular, to manage the purchase of tickets or other products, as well as to process requests that the consumer directs us and keep communications to improve our service and for statistical purposes.
